Room keys did not work for part of the stay; smelled like cigarette smoke; room left open by staff; desk help was indifferent to our patronage; towels were paper-thin.

I liked that there was a pool for the kids to swim in
The beds were as hard as a rock! Not enough towels for a family of four. Had to call front desk to have room cleaned the next day. They kept trying to clean it while we were getting ready for a wedding. I told the lady we would be leaving around 4:30 and she could come back. She did not understand a word of English so our room did not get cleaned. Our last night stay there, I ran into a young man in the hallway that was switching rooms because he found bedbugs in his room. I know he was being honest, he showed me the pictures of them on his phone!! They also advertise a SUPER breakfast......yea it was far from SUPER!!
